Job Title: Web Developer

Location: 100% Remote (Dar es Salaam, Tanzania)
We are supporting a client in the mining sector seeking experienced Web Developers to build and maintain modern, scalable websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
- Optimise website performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate APIs and third-party services where required
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing platforms
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue)
- Back-end development experience (e.g. Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Understanding of web performance optimisation and security principles
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working on industrial or mining-related digital platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
