Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers.
  • Take responsibility for service delivery execution and ensure job deliverables are accurate and provided on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement standard work practices.
  • Manage risk during service delivery and participate in job risk analysis activities.
  • Support continual improvement programmes that enhance operational and service performance.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory compliance through self-assessments and wellsite inspections.
  • Participate in service quality meetings with customers and support performance improvement through action plans.
  • Contribute to HSE and quality initiatives and follow PPE and safety policy requirements.
  • Maintain required safety training for the WEC Specialist - DMHV DD position.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential: Ability to perform in a technical field-based WEC Specialist - DMHV DD role within a safety-critical environment.

Essential: Experience supporting safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.

Essential: Ability to manage operational risk and contribute to job risk analysis and continual improvement activity.

Essential: Ability to support regulatory and company compliance through inspections, assessments, and adherence to HSE procedures.

Essential: Commitment to maintaining required safety training.

Essential: A 4x4 truck is required to travel to the field location.
