Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support Weight Control Report and MTO activities through accurate analysis, organisation, and management of project data.
- Interpret fabrication and construction drawings to support reporting and material take-off requirements.
- Produce and maintain structured reports using Excel to support project monitoring and data tracking.
- Contribute to data review and reporting workflows with a rigorous and methodical approach.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to support regular information exchange and reporting alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Engineering or mechanical drafting background with confidence reading fabrication and construction drawings.
- Essential: Strong interest in data management and data analysis.
- Essential: Advanced Excel capability.
- Essential: Working knowledge of VBA.
- Essential: Python skills.
- Essential: French language capability.
- Essential: English language capability.
- Essential: Rigorous and well-structured approach with strong communication skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data monitoring.
