Role overview:
This opportunity focuses on WellView training, user support, data management and reporting across drilling and completions operations. The role supports both field and office environments, helping drive data quality, standardized workflows and effective user adoption. This position offers broad exposure to WellView functionality, query development, training delivery and operational support in a technically demanding setting.
Required Experience:
- Strong working and technical knowledge of the WellView application suite, including data management, reporting and query building
- Knowledge of drilling and completions operations
- Previous experience or understanding of well servicing operations
- Experience delivering training to field and office personnel across operating locations
- Experience supporting data standardization initiatives, reporting requests and user adoption activities
Required Skills:
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on application functionality, workflows and best practices
- Ability to develop and maintain training materials, user guides and quick reference documents
- Strong capability in WellView reporting, query development and data extraction support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations, analysts and technical teams
- High level of personal initiative and commitment to improving business results
- Strong computer skills
- Availability to work on a rotating shift and provide call-out support as needed
