This opportunity sits within a major industrial capacity expansion project and focuses on coordinating multiple work packages through execution and delivery. The role offers broad exposure across industrial projects, construction, manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional coordination in a technically demanding environment. This position will play a key part in schedule control, budget follow-up, risk management, and delivery oversight across varnish, hoppers, and finishing activities.
Required Experience:
Experience managing industrial projects through execution, delivery, and acceptance phases
Experience coordinating multiple work packages within a complex project environment
Experience working across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and equipment suppliers
Experience monitoring project schedules against reference plans and tracking project expenditure against budget
Experience preparing and coordinating construction, manufacturing, and testing activities including FAT and SAT
Experience identifying, managing, and tracking technical, organisational, and safety-related reservations in the field
Experience supporting tender processes, technical evaluation of proposals, and contractor selection
Experience managing project interfaces and technical deviations during execution
Required Skills:
Strong project coordination across milestones, reviews, deliverables, and phase transitions
Ability to build and manage risk and opportunity registers and implement mitigation actions
Budget tracking, progress reporting, and presentation of project results
Planning and monitoring of work package schedules against baseline plans
Document management covering deliverables, meeting minutes, technical acceptance records, and contractual documentation
Technical understanding of project delivery from needs definition and specification through execution and operational handover
Ability to coordinate site activities with operational functions including HSE, logistics, and security
Ability to assess technical solutions, compliance with standards and regulations, and acceptance requirements
Strong communication skills for reporting and leading cross-functional meetings
