The United Arab Emirates has been home for many Airswift professionals for nearly 10 years across our 2 offices, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Therefore, we are very proud to support the governments interest in Emiratisation and help support locals in building their careers.
At Airswift, we focus on Emiratisation across the seven emirates and all sectors (government, public and private sectors) and seniority levels from fresh grad to C level.
We support Emiratisation and encourage our clients to consider strong UAE Nationals, even if they are not necessarily looking.
In 2018, UAE Nationals have formed just 8% of the UAE workforce. The number is projected to further dip to 6% in 2020 and to 3% by 2030

How we can help
One of MOHRE’s main focus is Emiratisation in the private sector, with less than 2% of Emirati’s in the private sector. We also offer our candidatesCV and English support, if needed. As although we appreciate that Arabic is the UAE’s native language, to join the private sector a good level of written and speaking English is required. We also work with companies who are recruiting UAE nationals only and help them reach targets set by the government, in line with their plans for Emiratisation.
