Ian Langley

Chairman - Airswift (GETI Oil & Gas Expert)

Ian Langley is the Founder and Chairman of Airswift, He also holds positions as Chair and Non-Executive Director for several publicly listed and private equity-backed organisations in the staffing and energy sectors.

A specialist in change management, turnarounds, global expansions, and mergers and acquisitions, Ian has a proven track record of leading complex transformations and driving strategic growth in international markets.

Wenche Kjølås

Independent Director (GETI Power Expert)

Wenche Kjølås is an experienced chair and board member with wide sector experience across listed, private, family owned and private equity firms, having served in various leadership roles throughout her career, including COO (and previously as CEO and CFO) of the Grieg Group’s holding company, Grieg Maturitas AS.  Kjølås has served on the board in Grieg Seafood ASA, Cermaq ASA, DOF ASA, PGS ASA and chaired Magseis Fairfield ASA, Keolis Norway and the Airport Express Train in Norway.  She is currently Board member in Deep Ocean Group Holding AS and Borgestad ASA.
 
Kjølås holds a Master of Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and Executive Management Program, Strategic Management and Innovation, INSEAD, Paris, France.
