James Allen

President, EMEA at Airswift

James joined Airswift in 2000 and has been part of the executive leadership team holding various positions, predominantly focused on group operations, strategic projects, regional leadership and business development.

In 2021, James was appointed the combined role of Chief Operations Director and SVP, EMEA, bringing together elements of his prior two roles. He is responsible for regional leadership of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Caspian, as well as QA, Legal, Global Employment & Mobility, Safety and the Project Management Office. James was appointed as President of the EMEA regions in 2023.

Anna Frazzetto

Chief Revenue Officer at Airswift

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Anna Frazzetto provides leadership to Airswift's global sales functions, which include strategic accounts, global employment and mobility, recruitment delivery, and marketing.

Anna has been on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for five consecutive years (2017-2021). She is a regular contributor to CIO.com and sits on the Forbes Technology Council. She was also named to SIA’s Top 50 DEI Influencers list in 2021.
