Airswift provided qualified candidates across a wide range of disciplines for an Offshore Wind project in the Netherlands and Germany
Our client is a leading European Transmission System Operator (TSO) with their main activites in the Netherlands and Germany. The client is responsible for ensuring wind farms in the Netherlands and Germany are connected to the grid. Airswift have been engaged with the client in the Netherlands to provide personnel for their major offshore grid connection projects.
The offshore projects that the client are involved with require a specific calibre of candidate. As they are responsible for project development, candidates must have previous client experience and be familiar with the technology being used. Another challenge was that due to the project location, a number of positions required candidates who can fluently communicate in Dutch.
Using our discipline specific recruitment teams, we have been able to provide qualified candidates to the client across a wide range of disciplines. Coupling our local knowledge in the Netherlands with our global project experience, we have been able to support with both local and expat candidates. It has been important that candidates have the right mix of client side experience and relevant project experience. Our proven background in supporting developers /operators on large offshore projects has enabled us to find the best talent available.
Airswift has successfully placed contractors across a number of the client's offshore grid connection projects. We have been able to place contractors locally in the Netherlands as well as providing personnel at fabrication sites in the Middle East. We continue to support the client with vacancies across both their offshore grid projects as well as the onshore development projects.
