Here at Airswift, our vision is to transform lives through the world of work. This involves making positive changes to impact the societies and environments in which we work.
With that in mind, we are delighted to announce the return of our annual ESG report. The new edition of the report details the programmes, commitments and initiatives launched by Airswift over the course of 2022 to help embed ESG principles in our attitude to work.
Airswift’s understanding of people and their values is weaved into the very fabric of our organisation. We believe in creating a clean, safe working environment and are proud to have provided our clients with the talent they need to safely navigate their journey to global decarbonisation.
Our ultimate goal is to leave the world a better place than it was before. It is our firm belief that we should give back to the communities that we work and live in, and we want to do our part to inspire local and global change.
What does the ESG report include?
The 2022 ESG report provides detail into the processes we follow to strengthen our company communication and empower our teams to develop their career aspirations.
The report provides a snapshot of who the people of Airswift really are, and what we are doing to continually improve from an environmental, social and governance viewpoint.
We run our organisation according to four guiding principles that feed into each aspect of our ESG policies. These are:
