High demand for relocation across energy and tech industries drives rapid growth for Airswift

21st March, Houston, TX - Airswift, the global workforce solutions provider for the engineering and technology sectors, has announced several strategic hires aimed at strengthening its Global Employment and Mobility (GEM) Team. The move comes in response to the growing demand for hybrid working and workforce relocation across energy, technology, and renewable sectors.

Colby Clark, VP of GEM at Airswift, is concentrating on growing GEM’s sales portion, particularly in the Middle East and South America, where the demand for skilled workers in the energy, oil and gas, and power sectors has been growing. To execute its global strategy, Anna Frazzetto has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Read more about Anna's appointment here.

Bolstering the team further, Airswift has hired an additional three people. The new employees include Steve Jenkins, with over 20 years of professional employment outsourcing experience, who will support business development and deliver sales as Director of Sales. He is joined by Holly Navarro, who returns to the business after a short career break, and will be responsible for client relationship development, working with Airswift’s current client portfolio to ensure overseas employees are being managed proficiently. Bianca Passos, as Service Consultant, will use her impressive people skills to manage all aspects of support to Airswift’s contractors, instilling confidence in clients, both existing and new.
