Our client, a major player in the gas plant technology and construction industry, was planning to expand its Project Execution and Construction Leadership capability across key hubs in France, Germany, United States and China. 


A total of nine executive hires were planned in Construction, Projects, Business Development and Quality. Our client attempted to hire through a global executive search firm, but had no placements after six months of searching.

Airswift ensured a clear and consistent communication of our client's employment brand to over 500 candidates and shared all of the research to allow for discounted, subsequent hires.
