Marx, a 25-year global workforce solutions industry veteran, is dedicated to excellence in operations, sales, recruitment and the overall customer experience. Under her leadership, Airswift has organically grown through a dedicated development of its leaders, employees and key technology projects to transform the company. Marx serves on the boards of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer, Junior Achievement, American Staffing Association, and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She won a “GRIT award” in 2018 for being a pioneering female, energy industry leader and was recognized as an energy industry leader in the 2019 Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business.
