Our client is a new, independent industrial field services company formed by the merge of two GE divisions providing similar services, Granite Services and GE’s Power Services. The client supports a wide variety of projects, from servicing the gas re-injection compressor modules onshore to gas turbine and installing compression equipment on offshore platforms.
Our client acts as one of the main service contractors for its parent company GE on the projects of assembly and installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment during scheduled and emergency shutdowns.
Due to the nature of the work, our client often needs short-term services in the search and selection of specialists, as well as personnel administration for employees and relocation services, such as travel, accommodation, training, provision of PPE, and more.
Airswift provided complex solutions on a turnkey basis, including the sourcing and recruitment of staff and professional training as needed. In addition, a variety of mobilisation services were provided, including organization of travel, accommodation, meals, laundry and additional services, as well as the purchase and delivery of PPE and other necessary equipment.
The flexibility in our approach and ability to adapt our services to the needs of the client allowed Airswift to centralise personnel management and provide almost any additional services.
Airswift has been a partner to this client since 2008, providing a wide range of services for all of the company’s divisions, including power generation, oil and gas, and wind power in over 20 locations across the Russian Federation, as well as neighbouring Kazakhstan. Airswift supports this client on an annual basis, providing technical consultants, field engineers and blue-collar workers for both projects of large-scale planned shutdowns and equipment repair and short- term, unscheduled inspection and diagnosis work.
