Airswift have provided the following services to key downstream projects

  • Provided all safety, construction and engineering personnel to a multi-billion-dollar growth project in Texas. The project is split into two parts, an ethylene cracker installation and a polyethylene expansion.
  • Delivered a fully compliant on-boarding process for 2,000+ workers and third-party contractors on a refinery mobilization project in Indiana. This resulted in an incident free transition with zero disruption to business and 100 per cent transfer rate. There was $1.4m initial cost savings through day-rate industry salary benchmarking and ongoing savings of $4m throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Supplied all contingent workers and managed all on-boarding compliance requirements for a turnaround project in Texas. A team of 30 turnaround specialists was provided to effectively support the project resulting in $400,000 of savings. The turnaround staffing model is endorsed by the site and is now being considered as the standard model for the client.


Airswift partners with many leading refining companies around the world and has supported various turnarounds and shutdowns for both major corporations and independent refining companies, providing tailored solutions to meet the individual needs of refineries and process facilities. Through this experience and listening to our clients, Airswift developed and introduced the Airswift Turnarounds Partnership Program (TARPP) in North America, a flexible created to support the on-boarding and management of third-party/leased contractors.
