Houston, TX — June 30th 2023: The Houston Business Journal has named this year's honourees for its Most Admired CEO Awards.

The list recognises Airswift CEO, Janette Marx among other Houston-based CEOs who are making an indelible mark on their organisation's financial success, work culture and contributions to the community.

The list honours 49 CEOs from various industries and non-profits, chosen by members of the HBJ staff for their career achievements and leadership skills. These CEOs are pillars of the Houston business community and demonstrate a dedication not only to their field but also to the community through serving on various non-profit boards and volunteering.

Marx, a global workforce solutions industry veteran of over 25 years, is dedicated to excellence in operations, sales, recruitment, and the overall customer experience. Under her leadership, Airswift has organically grown through the dedicated development of its leaders, employees, and key technology projects to transform the company. Marx serves on the boards of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer, Junior Achievement, American Staffing Association, University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business, and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Last year, Marx was named one of The U.S. Department of Energy's Equity in Energy Ambassadors and was also the proud recipient of the Global Leader of Influence Award by the .

The honorees will recognised in a special section of the Houston Business Journal's August 25th weekly edition and at an awards luncheon on Thursday, August 24th.
