Headhunted a Chief Operating Officer to manage 24/7 operational readiness for an offshore containment system. The ideal candidate had extensive offshore operations experience, an engineering background, FPSO or subsea expertise, and emergency response leadership.
This leadership role involved overseeing planning, logistics, maintenance, HSE, and contractor management, requiring expertise in crisis management and a strategic focus on operational integrity, safety, compliance, and cost-efficiency. The chosen candidate had a proven track record in high-risk environments and a strong focus on process improvement.
Headhunted a Lead Piping Engineer to oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of piping standards for large-scale energy projects. The ideal candidate had extensive experience in piping design, including LNG/regasification, and a strong understanding of ASME/API codes and constructability.
This role involved reviewing and approving piping deliverables, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. The chosen candidate had 10+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the leadership to drive continuous improvement and successful project execution across multi-discipline teams.
Headhunted a Construction Manager to oversee the readiness of flowline systems for pigging, inspection, and long-term integrity. The ideal candidate had a marine or mechanical engineering background, in-depth knowledge of USCG/BSEE regulations, and the ability to create and execute strategies for cleaning, inspection, and project execution.
This role involved compiling data, producing P&IDs and assessment reports, and coordinating with vendors and technology providers. The chosen candidate had strong leadership skills, expertise in market analysis, and a proven ability to manage offshore readiness schedules, budgets, and client-facing project execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
