Tasked with sourcing a highly skilled Structural Welder for a high-profile oil and gas construction project in Aktau, we strategically headhunted a specialist with proven expertise in electric arc welding across pipelines and heavy infrastructure. The role required reading complex blueprints, executing precise welds to exacting industry standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to uphold rigorous quality and safety parameters.

Tasked with sourcing a Construction Specialist for a high-profile onshore oil project in Tengiz, we leveraged our deep network to identify a candidate with over five years' plant construction experience and in-depth knowledge of HSE standards and safe work procedures. Requirements included expertise in piping, mechanical, and civil disciplines, fluency in Kazakh and Russian, a live plant background, and a valid Kazakhstan driving license.
Our chosen candidate quickly became the vital link between various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
